Today we decided to introduce our cats, Thelma & Louise, to the chickens, Posh and Pecks, whilst the girls were in the chicken run.

Louise was not interested in going out as it was very cold although Thelma ventured out but as soon as Thelma heard the bok, bok, she ran back into the house.

It seems we will have to wait another day for introductions, so we let the girls out of the run to further explore the garden.

The girls have certainly got used to us. They spent their time following me around the garden whilst I was scraping up the chicken poo from the patio.

Treat Time

After approx an hour we treated the girls with some bokashi bran mixed with Bill Oddies mealworm crumble, poultry spice and garlic. As soon as they saw the dish they came running to me, it was so funny
